This is not a music video, its a parody/spoof.

As the title suggests, this is Hatter making fun of Jack. The audio is originally from a scene from Angel, Season 1, when Spike is on a rooftop, watching Buffy and Angel talk and he is making up lines for them to say. I try to get the same feeling at the beginning of the video, with Hatter on the hill top.

Besides, I could have so seen Hatter doing this! I really wasn't trying hard to lip sync, since lip syncing
live action is pretty difficult, so any lip syncing, I just got lucky lol
